How long does pre-order take?
The expected timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks. The current timing for your order is shared before payment.
How do I choose a size?
Compare your measurements with the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit, message us and we’ll help you choose.
How does payment work?
For Tallinn handover, choose a 30% advance with the balance at handover or full advance payment. Delivery uses full advance payment.
Can I collect in Tallinn?
Yes. Personal handover in Tallinn is available as a fulfilment option.
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes. The delivery method and exact cost depend on the address and are shared in advance.
What happens after I submit the form?
Submitting the form does not charge you. We contact you personally to agree the size, price, fulfilment and other details before payment, with sizing help if needed. After confirmation, you receive an order number and private tracking link with confirmed updates. We remain available through to receipt.
What are the return or exchange terms?
A distance purchase of standard goods generally has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt; pre-ordering or confirming a standard size does not itself remove it. Voluntary exchanges and rights concerning faulty goods are separate. See “Returns & exchanges” for deadlines, costs and how to contact us.

How can I follow my order?
Your request reference appears after successful form submission; it is not yet purchase confirmation. After your order is confirmed, you receive a private tracking link. Save it, or select “Track order” in the menu and enter your order number and individual access code. The page shows confirmed stages, not a live location. Updates may not appear every day. If the link is missing or the agreed time has passed, contact us with your order number.
What does “Verified purchase” mean?
A review with this badge can only be submitted through a personal review link associated with a completed Andrelook order. Reviews are moderated before publication. The badge confirms a connection to a real order, not a positive rating.
